Lekin Toshkent shahrida bu dolzarb muammoga aylanib borayotgan edi. Avtobuslarning ko\u2018pi eskirgani, markaziy shohbekatlar yopilib, yo\u2018nalishlar o\u2018zaro samarali bog\u2018lanmagani oqibatida aholiga noqulaylik tug\u2018dirayotgan edi.<\/p>\n<p>Masalan, so\u2018nggi besh yilda poytaxtimiz aholisi 300 ming nafarga ko\u2018paygan, hududi ham kengaygan. Bundan tashqari, har kuni bir milliondan ortiq odam kelib-ketadi. Lekin jamoat transport tizimi poytaxtdagi o\u2018zgarishlardan orqada. 350 ta avtobusning foydalanish muddati 10 yildan oshgan, 393 ta avtobus yetishmaydi. Tirbandliklar oqibatida avtobuslar orasidagi interval tig\u2018iz paytda 30 daqiqagacha yetmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Oqibatda yo\u2018lovchilar bu xizmatdan norozi bo\u2018lib, shaxsiy transportdan foydalanishga o\u2018tib ketmoqda. Toshkent shahrida bu ko\u2018rsatkich 79 foizni, jamoat transportidan foydalanish darajasi esa bor-yo\u2018g\u2018i 21 foizni tashkil etmoqda.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6530\" src=\"https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"851\" srcset=\"https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2-1.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2-1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2-1-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/2-1-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Shavkat Mirziyoyev o\u2018tgan yili 19-oktabrda Toshkent shahri saylovchilari bilan uchrashuvda bu masalaga alohida e\u2019tibor qaratib, zarur choralar ko\u2018rilishini aytgan edi.<\/p>\n<p>Taqdimotda shu boradagi vazifalar muhokama qilindi.<\/p>\n<p>Transport vazirligi va Toshkent shahar hokimligiga aholining jamoat transportidan foydalanish darajasini hozirgidan 2 barobar oshirish asosiy vazifa sifatida belgilandi. Bunda tizimli yondashuv va odamlar og\u2018irini yengil qilish maqsadi ustuvor bo\u2018lishi, barcha transport turlari \u2013 yo\u2018nalishli, temir yo\u2018l transporti va metro liniyalari, velosiped va piyodalar harakatiga mo\u2018ljallangan yo\u2018llarning uzviy bog\u2018liqligini ta\u2019minlash va kompleks rivojlantirish zarurligi ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p>\n<p>Hududlardan Toshkent shahriga kelishdagi asosiy yo\u2018llarda 10 ta zamonaviy shohbekat, yo\u2018lovchilar juda ko\u2018p bo\u2018ladigan 6 ta metro bekati yonida avtoturargohlar barpo etish bo\u2018yicha topshiriq berildi.<\/p>\n<p>Joriy yilda \u201cQo\u2018yliq-Qipchoq\u201d yerusti metrosi qurilishi ham yakunlanadi. Buning natijasida yengil avtomobildan foydalanayotgan 70 ming aholi uchun jamoat transportida yurishga qulay sharoit yaratiladi.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-6531\" src=\"https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/3-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"851\" srcset=\"https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/3-1.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/3-1-300x199.jpg 300w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/3-1-1024x681.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/testga.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/3-1-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bundan tashqari, yo\u2018lovchilar oqimining kelgusi 5 yillik prognozidan kelib chiqib, jamoat transporti tizimining iqtisodiy-matematik modelini yaratish, Transport instituti ilmiy salohiyatini oshirish zarurligi ta\u2019kidlandi.<\/p>\n<p>Toshkent shahrida transportlar soni yiliga 15 foiz o\u2018sib, kuniga 800 ming avtomobil harakatlanmoqda. Yo\u2018llar piyoda va velosipedda yurish uchun qulay emas. 500 dan ortiq katta chorraha bo\u2018lib, aksariyatining o\u2018tkazuvchanlik darajasi past. Bularning hamda harakatlanish madaniyati pastligi oqibatida yo\u2018l-transport hodisalari ko\u2018p sodir bo\u2018lmoqda.<\/p>\n<p>Davlatimiz rahbari yo\u2018l harakatini to\u2018g\u2018ri tashkil etish orqali ularda o\u2018tkazuvchanlik va qulaylikni oshirish kerakligini ta\u2019kidladi. Bu yil 200 ta chorrahada harakatni transport oqimiga qarab boshqarish tizimi joriy etilishi, 2 ta yo\u2018l o\u2018tkazgich, 180 kilometr piyoda va velosiped yo\u2018laklari qurilishi, 2 ming avtomobilga mo\u2018ljallangan to\u2018xtash joylari tashkil etilishi belgilandi.<\/p>\n<p>Shuningdek, joriy yilda avtobus parkining 35 foizi yangilanadi. Buning uchun 410 ta avtobus va elektrobus xarid qilinib, katta sig\u2018imli avtobuslar soni 2 barobar oshiriladi.
